Helpful answers
Which treatment should I choose?
No, you don’t need to decide in advance. If you’re not sure, you can reach out to our team before booking or talk with your therapist before your session. We’ll help you pick a treatment that fits your body, pressure preference, stress level, and comfort.
Thai Massage or Deep Tissue?
Thai massage combines pressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic movement to help the body feel more open and mobile. Deep tissue massage focuses on deeper muscle tension, especially in the back, shoulders, hips, and legs. Both can be adapted to your comfort level.
What should I wear, and will oil be used?
Traditional Thai Massage is usually performed fully clothed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and does not require oil. Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other oil-based massages are performed with appropriate draping to maintain your privacy and comfort throughout the session.
Should I book 60, 90 or 120 minutes?
A 60-minute session is ideal for focused attention or a general massage. Choose 90 minutes for a more complete full-body experience with extra time for problem areas. A 120-minute session allows for slower, more detailed bodywork and deeper relaxation without feeling rushed.
Do I need to prepare anything before my massage?
There’s no special preparation needed. We recommend arriving a few minutes early, wearing comfortable clothing, and letting your therapist know about any injuries, health concerns, or areas requiring extra attention. Your session will be adapted to your comfort and preferences.
Can I choose the pressure during my massage?
Absolutely. Every treatment is tailored to your comfort. Whether you prefer gentle, relaxing pressure or firmer, more focused bodywork, simply let your therapist know. You can request adjustments at any point during your session.
